As President of Cleveland Building Restoration, Morgen draws on her experience in sales, law, and management to lead a team in the office and field. While she is involved at a high level, she also takes a very hands-on approach to managing the team’s day-to-day masonry work to better serve the needs of her clients. She’s not afraid to get her hands dirty—and is even known to pick up a jackhammer from time to time—if it means gaining a stronger perspective of each team member’s unique role and what each job requires. Morgen is committed to the mission of Cleveland Building Restoration which is evidenced by the time, energy and passion she devotes to delivering superior results for every client.

Dean has been a member of Bricklayers Local #5 since 1991. Before working at CBR, Dean worked in the masonry restoration industry for 27 years as a journeyman bricklayer, foreman and superintendent before becoming Project Manager/Estimator in early 2016. As a Project Manager, Dean manages requirements of each project including scheduling, ordering materials, document control, and monitoring the project’s budget. Dean also is responsible for gathering submittals for review, record keeping, and maintaining client relationships and providing weekly reports of the project’s progress. As an estimator, Dean is also responsible for analyzing blueprints and on-site visual inspections to provide estimates to both public and private clients.

Bob heads the expedition department as CBR’s senior masonry restoration superintendent. Bob has over 30 years experience in the masonry restoration industry. He manages the projects from the initial review of the scope with the estimator to scheduling the crews and correspondence with the customers and maintains quality control from start to finish. Additionally, Bob assists with our company’s continuing field training held at our facility throughout the season. Bob is in charge of hiring and managing the union field employees and selecting foremen and specialized craftsmen for each unique project in order to maximize quality and efficiency. Bob’s hands-on approach and knowledge to all facets of our industry is an extremely valuable tool in maintaining the high-quality work demanded by CBR’s management and clients.

Warehouse & Inventory Manager / Safety Compliance Administrator

Adam Tobin

Adam Tobin is the Warehouse & Inventory Manager/ Safety Compliance Administrator at Cleveland Building Restoration.  He has been in the masonry industry for nearly 10 years.  Adam began working primarily in new unit masonry, and has steadily shifted his attention to the needs of the restoration division, which he continues to do at Cleveland Building Restoration.  His responsibilities include supplying the field with tools, materials and other resources, coordinating deliveries, maintaining and purchasing inventory, and general support of the field workers.  Adam also helps implement and record the safety program,  including coordination of the daily safety logs and toolbox talks, among other items. Adam also assists the team with technical support.

Project Manager/Senior Estimator - Restoration Division

Joe brings over 30 years of experience and knowledge of the masonry and construction industry to CBR’s restoration and construction projects. As Project Manager/Senior Estimator, Joe is responsible for preparing estimates at various stages of design from conceptual through construction documents. His daily activities include: analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for individual projects, reviewing plans for constructability and value engineering opportunities, and preparing contractor bid packages, bid review, cost estimate analysis and award discussions. Joe’s responsibilities include compiling the proper submittals for review and approval, determining a schedule, and achieving the completion dates as well as keeping in constant contact with the owner, architect and engineer to resolve in field issues.
